The efficiency of an email form

An email form is a very useful tool nowadays. When you embed an email form in your website/ blog/ google site all the data entered is automatically sent to you once the form is submitted.
Well…that we already know about an email form, but this kind of form could also provide other solutions for communication for those who use forms:
1) Carbon Copy – one can send a copy of the data to the form filler.
The idea behind this option is based on the need of people who fill in a form to get some sort of confirmation for their submission. Also in many cases a receipt is needed to be sent to a form filler containing the items he has ordered. A message can also be attached to this data making the email more personalized.
2) Mailing List – an option for sending a copy of the data entered to a list of recipients.
In some cases the form owner needs to notify certain people of each data entry he gets, in these cases the use of a mailing list option makes life easier and automatically send a copy to these addresses.
