How to embed an email form in your website or blog

If you want to create an email form and have people fill it in you can present them with the form in several ways:

You can plant the url/link to the form in your webpage, send the url/link to the form in an email or simply embed the email form.

Embedding a form means planting it in a webpage in such a way that it looks like an integral part of the page. In order to make it an integral part one can control the look of the form: the background color, image, fonts used and so on.

Using a form generator for such a purpose is the ideal solution: it provides a customable and easy form creation process as well as a quick copy & paste embedding method. Not to mention the included data management tools, customable emails, minimum cost and so forth.

When using a form builder all you need to do in order to embed a form in your website/blog is:

1)     Make sure your form is saved, and marked as “public” in the “Form Settings”.
