Email form custom mailing option

The email form builder is not only an online tool for collecting data; it also consists of a data management tool in which you can handle the accumulated data. This data management tool is good for sorting the data, editing it, deleting the entries which are no longer needed, printing the forms, etc. It also enables you to send emails to the people who filled in you form – this is called “Custom Mailing”.

 

Let’s say your results table consists of your company’s clients (names, addresses, telephone numbers…).
This mailing option gives you a way to send them (or part of them) an email regarding common issues such as
Sending them all sales and discount information…


The use of this option is really simple. All you need to do in order to send an email to the people in your report is:
1- Open the “mail” option in the toolbox.
2- Turn on the checkbox of the relevant data entries (on the left column of the result table) – you will see all the addresses accumulated in the “mail” option’s “to” field.
Please notice that you may use a text editor to change the way your message looks by pressing on the “Edit Text” button. Pressing on the “Save” icon in the editor will save all the changes (styles applied and text changes) and return to the mail option in the toolbox.
3- Write the email subject and message and send the email.
