A contact form is the most common type of form used in websites and blogs. The immediate contact with your users is very important since only they can tell you if you are doing something wrong. Contact forms may be used for feedbacks, technical support, customer service, information, sales etc.
The contact form may be created using a form builder. Read this step by step manual of how to create a contact form and try it yourself.

My friend just got married. The mess of it all…invitations, dress, ring, flowers, catering, dj, photographer, hall…what not. I suggested she use an online email form to invite guests and track who ever is coming since she didn’t really have the time to find out herself. “good idea” she said, “but…I don’t know how to create such a thing. And I don’t have the time to learn and anyway, don’t you need to be a programmer for that?”
“no” I answered “you simply need to use a form builder, you don’t need any programming skills”.
After 5 minutes of explaining she calmed down. I took out my laptop, and logged in to my form maker. We started to drag and drop elements from the toolbar: a textbox to collect the person’s name, an email element to collect his/her email address, a checkbox to turn on if you plan to attend and a text area for comments.
The bride to be got so excited that she wanted to play with the web generator herself: started changing the text font and size, the color scheme and generally just moved everything around. She remembered that she had a nice picture of her and her boy friend in her mailbox…”do you think we can add the pic to the form?” she asked. “sure” I answered and dragged an image element on to the form’s design area.
From here to there a great looking form was created. We published it as an email and a link to the form was sent to all of her recipients.
The online invitation was a great success. People were calling to congratulate and say what a beautiful invitation it was and wanted to know how to create a similar form for a friend/relative.

So you have an email form…ah? Well that’s great…but how about customizing it? Changing its rigid layout? Customizing the email sent to form fillers and mailing list recipients?
Defining the form’s expiration date? Redirecting the form once submitted? Adding a spam filter? This can all be done with an email form builder.
Fixed forms may always be purchased. Even when a programmer creates a form tailored especially for you, it is given to you without you being able to change anything about it and any alteration will cost you extra.
However, when you create a form yourself, using a form builder, you can always change it. Add elements, images, move the fields around, change their background color and font colors etc. and no- you do not need any programming skills to do this. An email form maker enables you to easily create your form, and once it is done you can always make alterations and customize it.
Changing the format of the email sent to form fillers, for example, is really simple.
The default format of the email sent consists of the fields list and the data entered in them. All you need to do in order to accomplish this is:
1- enter the form
2- go to the form settings on the right
3- press on the “…” button of the “custom user email” option.
4- Write the text you want to appear in the email
5- You can style this text using the “edit text” button
6- You can add form variables to this text by choosing the field variable from the list and pressing on the “add variable” button.
7- Press on “save”
8- Save the form
Sounds pretty easy? That’s because it is!

When you use a tool like a fn email form builder there are three major steps for you to do before you can begin using your new forms. These steps include making the web form, the database, and analyzing the data.
A form builder is a tool that allows you to design a form like an email form where people can type in their information and give you important data for your online business. This includes information like email addresses, names, addresses, phone, and more.
The first step to designing a web form with a form builder is to create the form. This is usually really simple and doesn’t require you to be a professional web developer to be able to do it. You can usually drag and drop most of the web form when you put it together. The form builder allows you to create, change, and delete a web form.
Once people enter information into an email form and click on submit the data will be viewable through a web interface or however you decide you want the data to be viewable. The database will allow you to be able to sort through the data and slice it. You can create, edit, and delete the information that users submit to you.
As you gather data through a web form you can also use a form builder query functionality to filter data and create charts based on the information you have received. There is no point in using an email form through a form builder if you aren’t going to use the information to your advantage.
There are three primary functions of a form builder that you can use to your advantage for your online business. These steps include building an email form, maintaining the data through a database, and analyzing the data.
